Jern-Fei Ng has a broad commercial and tax practice with a particular emphasis on civil fraud, energy and commodity disputes, international arbitration, shipping and VAT. He acts as an advocate (with and without, and occasionally against, leading counsel) and in an advisory capacity in a wide array of matters before courts and tribunals in different countries, including the European Court of Justice. He has offices in London and Singapore and appears frequently in both jurisdictions.
